Ordering & Delivery

Delivery Policy

Free delivery to orders over $50 within Melbourne suburbs and Geelong area only. We do not deliver Australia wide or overseas. We only deliver within Melbourne suburbs and Geelong.

Delivery on Weekdays
Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays: online orders placed BEFORE 11:00 am for business deliveries and BEFORE 1:00 pm for residential deliveries (Australian E.S.T) can generally be delivered the same day. If a Public holiday is selected for delivery your order will automatically be delivered the NEXT business day.

Delivery on Saturday
Saturday delivery is available, although the order must be placed BEFORE 10:00 am AEST on that Saturday. Where deliveries are not serviced by Saturday Couriers, the order will automatically be sent the following Business day, Monday. Please call us for delivery availability to your area if you require the delivery on Saturday. There are no additional delivery fees for weekends.

Delivery for Sunday
Sunday delivery is available to limited areas as some areas are not serviced by Couriers. Please call us for delivery availability to your area if you require the delivery on Sunday. Same day delivery is not available on Sunday, orders must be placed by Saturday BEFORE 3:00 pm. Where deliveries are not serviced by Sunday Couriers, the order will automatically be sent the following Business day, Monday. There are no additional delivery fees for weekends.

Delivery on Public Holidays
Delivery on Australian Public Holidays is not available. Should you select a Public Holiday for delivery; your order will automatically be processed the NEXT business day.

Specific Time Delivery
Deliveries times can be specified by the customer but will incur a $20 surcharge. The order must be placed 24hr prior so Couriers can be organized.

Substitution Policy

Every flower arrangement is different. Images found on this site are used as guides only and are not likely to be exactly the same as the final product.

We reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and containers across Australia. Every effort is made to create an arrangement using the flower varieties shown or specified having regard to the shape, size and colour. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

Substitution of Teddy Bears, Chocolates and Balloons is also likely depending upon availability. Where a substitution is necessary, products to equivalent value will be delivered in place of the ordered items.

Returns & Refunds

3 DAY RETURN POLICY

Your flowers should last between 4 and 7 days depending upon variety and conditions. This will largely depend on factors such as care and variety. If your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we believe that the care instructions provided have been followed, we will resend new flowers. We must be advised of any problem within the first 3 days for any claim to be recognised. We will collect the original flowers upon delivery of your replacements so that the cause of failure can be assessed by our florists and suppliers.

If the originally delivered flowers have been disposed of we cannot arrange a replacement , as we will not be able to assess the cause of the problem.

Cancellation

Provided your order has not been made-up, cancellation of the order is permitted. The purchase price will be refunded to the original credit card used in the transaction (less a $15 processing fee). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the floral gift will be on the way.
